Your first step is a call with Maria. This is where we explore your team’s needs, answer questions, and set the stage for the assessment and facilitated session.

Each team member completes the assessment and receives a personalized report highlighting their relational strengths, growth edges, and patterns of connection.

Step 2: Take the Assessment

Maria then facilitates a team session where insights come alive. Together, you’ll explore relational styles, surface team strengths and tensions, and build a shared language for stronger collaboration.
